Engineering Design
Designed with Precision. Built for Purpose.
From first concept to manufacturing-ready drawings, we design machines, mechanical products and assemblies that are robust, efficient and buildable.
01Capabilities
What we engineer.
- 01
Machine design
Special-purpose machines and production equipment — food-tech machines, automation cells, handling devices and test rigs — designed from concept to manufacturing drawings.
- 02
Mechanical product design
Functional, manufacturable products designed from requirements through to detailed parts.
- 03
3D CAD modeling
Parametric part and assembly models structured so they stay easy to modify.
- 04
Assemblies & mechanisms
Multi-part assemblies, motion mechanisms, interfaces and tolerance considerations.
- 05
Technical drawings
Manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances and notes for suppliers.
- 06
Design for manufacturing
Choosing processes, materials and geometries that reduce cost and production risk.
02Typical challenges
Problems we are asked to solve.
- 01
An idea needs to become a credible, manufacturable product.
- 02
An existing design is expensive, heavy or difficult to assemble.
- 03
A supplier needs complete CAD models and drawings to produce parts.
- 04
The feasibility of a concept is uncertain and needs an engineering assessment.
03Example applications
Industrial equipment
Machine frames, enclosures, handling devices and process equipment.
Product development
Mechanical design for start-ups and entrepreneurs developing new devices.
Test benches
Experimental rigs and fixtures for research and quality testing.
Redesign & optimization
Improving existing parts for weight, cost, stiffness or assembly time.
Examples describe typical application areas, not completed client projects.
04Engineering workflow
A clear path from question to result.
STEP 01
Requirements
Functions, loads, environment, standards and budget.
STEP 02
Concepts
Alternative architectures compared on clear criteria.
STEP 03
Detailed CAD
Parts, assemblies, materials and interfaces.
STEP 04
Analysis
Simulation where it reduces risk — structural, thermal or motion.
STEP 05
Drawings & prototype
Manufacturing documentation and prototype support.
Which file formats can you deliver?
Native CAD files and neutral formats such as STEP, along with PDF drawings. Tell us what your manufacturer uses and we will align with it.
Can you start from a sketch?
Yes. Many projects start from a sketch, a photo or a verbal description. The first phase clarifies requirements and feasibility.
Do you help with manufacturing?
We prepare documentation for manufacturing and can support discussions with your suppliers and the assembly of prototypes.
Who owns the design?
Intellectual property terms are agreed in writing for each project before work begins.
